The  "Grès d'Apic" at the start was the generic term I was using to describe the clay I like to be thrown on my potter wheel ... but it will become soon this year 2025, also a brand of a given stoneware type produced in Saint Aubain in Belgium. It's named from the souvenir of our grand grand father Pierre VAN CRANENBROECK (second from left to right) named by his family Pierre d'Apic meaning plumb, craggy, abrupt and straight.
